Chicago, Illinois
Evermore Law Group
This is a hybrid position in Chicago, IL. This role requires in-office presence for specific responsibilities. The number of in-office days will vary week to week based on signing volume and document readiness, typically ranging from 3-4 days per week.
We are looking for a Real Estate and Operations Coordinator who is wired for precision – someone who catches what others miss, follows through without being asked, and takes real ownership of the work in front of them. If you are the kind of person who gets genuine satisfaction from a clean file, a met deadline, and a client who never had to wonder what was happening, this role was built for you.
This role exists because Evermore is growing, and protecting that growth requires someone who can own the operational and transactional work the firm runs on. Specifically, you will manage the full lifecycle of real estate files from contract to closing – coordinating with lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel to make sure every deadline is met and every document is tracked. At the same time, you will be the operational anchor for the estate planning side of the practice: preparing client binders, managing client follow-up, and keeping internal systems running cleanly.
This role directly frees our legal team to do legal work. That is what makes it high-impact.

About Company
At Evermore, we’re not just drafting documents; we’re building legacies and protecting futures for families in Chicago. We focus on proactive, relationship-driven client service, empowering families to make informed decisions about their wealth and well-being. We believe in educating clients, fostering deep trust, and creating a supportive, approachable environment where complex legal matters become clear and manageable. Our mission is to provide peace of mind, and we do it by putting clients first, always. Our team culture is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in trust; we hold a high standard, but we support each other in meeting it. What matters to me is that we’re building something long-term-systems, relationships, and a firm that genuinely improves clients’ lives, not just completes transactions. If you do well here, growth looks like real ownership, strategic input, and the ability to shape how we serve clients, not just checking boxes or staying in a fixed role.
