Job Description Job Description Are you an experienced real estate paralegal looking for a part-time role supporting residential and commercial real estate matters? Our client, a well-established practice, is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to support residential closings, standard commercial transactions, and leasing matters. Whether your background is commercial or residential real estate, this is a great way to stay engaged in the field on a part-time basis.

Compensation & Highlights:

• $25-$30 per hour, based on experience
• Monday-Friday, standard business hours, 24-30 hours per week
• Direct interaction with attorneys, title companies, and clients

Responsibilities of the Real Estate Paralegal:

• Support real estate transactions from contract through closing.
• Review title and basic due diligence materials.
• Prepare and organize real estate and closing documents.
• Track transaction timelines and deadlines.
• Conduct public records searches as needed.
• Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and clients throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications of the Real Estate Paralegal:

• 1+ years of real estate paralegal experience.
• Residential or commercial real estate experience welcome.
• Knowledge of real estate transactions, title review, and closings.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Available to work Monday-Friday during standard business hours.
