Who We Are Looking For: We are not for everyone, and we are not currently seeking brand-new agents for this specific role. We want professionals who:

• Have a proven track record with a minimum of 5 closed residential transactions.
• Possess a deep, working knowledge of the Nashville and Middle Tennessee real estate markets.
• Take complete ownership of their business and view real estate as a full-time, professional career.
• Are driven, competitive, highly organized, and coachable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and aggressively scale your existing pipeline while integrating our advanced conversion and marketing systems.
• Conduct high-level, professional buyer and seller consultations.
• Negotiate complex contracts and expertly guide clients through the transaction process.
• Build long-term client wealth relationships.
• Continuously grow your personal brand and market share within the Compass ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Real Estate License (Strictly Required).
• Minimum of 5 closed real estate transactions (Required).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy and highly comfortable adopting modern CRM and marketing platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
