A Client of ours in SF Bay Area is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist that can excel in a fast paced environment. As a receptionist you will be responsible for greeting all visitors, customers and vendors. This ideal candidate will be the first point of contact when greeting all guest and will be responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls on a multi phone line system.

Some of the daily task will include:
– Greeting and welcoming all guest that walk through the door assisting them and ensuring they are directed to the right personnel and or department
– Operating a multi phone line system (switchboard is a plus), retrieve all messages from voice mail and forward to the appropriate personnel
– Updating overseeing the calendar ensuring all necessary changes and completed in a timely manner
– Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail, copy, fax and scan documents
– Stock and ensure conference room is clean, neat and organized at all time, ensure break room is stocked with supplies
– Ability to translate in Spanish when needed is highly preferred*

Skills and requirements:
– Must have 2 years of experience in a receptionist/ admin role
– Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work with little or no supervision
– Knowledge of clerical duties and responsibilities
– Great customer service experience
– Bilingual in Spanish * preferred but not required
