The Building Maintenance Tech. l / ll is a highly skilled position in the Engineering Department under the supervision of the Chief Engineer and assistant Chief Engineer, with duties of maintenance, service, and repairs in the areas of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting. The Maintenance Tech will execute work orders for the common areas and resident homes, complete projects, and communicate effectively with management, Engineering staff, and homeowners regarding work order status and completion. Strong customer service skills are required. This position is 100% on-site and full-time.
