What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales & Account Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving our business forward. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identifying potential sales opportunities and presenting our products and services to meet client needs.
• Managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborating with our team to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Monitoring market trends and providing feedback to help improve our offerings.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of Beans & Brews Coffee House.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• A passion for coffee and a desire to represent our brand with enthusiasm.
