  License Required: Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative License
• We are looking for a motivated and licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a Florida 4-40 license to join our team in an onsite office environment. In this role, you will assist clients with their insurance needs, provide excellent customer service, and support sales activities.
• This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, working in a team environment, and growing within the insurance industry.
• Responsibilities
• • Provide professional customer service to current and prospective clients
  • Assist clients with policy questions, coverage details, and policy updates
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and documentation
  • Support insurance agents with quotes, applications, and follow-ups
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and clients regarding policy information
  • Maintain organized and accurate client records
  • Help identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Requirements
• • Active Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative License (required)
  • Previous insurance customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems
