This is a hands-on field role that combines:

• Residential window measuring
• Light service and repair work
• Customer interaction
• Problem-solving
• Inventory and project support

You’ll stay active and engaged in the field while stepping away from the demands of full-scale installation crews and constant heavy labor.

What You’ll Be Doing In This Role, You Will:

• Take accurate window measurements for residential homes
• Perform light service repairs on previous installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
• Complete minor repairs involving:
  • Windows
  • Roofing
  • Siding
  • Gutters
  • Gutter protection
  • Insulation
• Replace sashes, screens, trim, caulking, and other components
• Inspect materials and products for quality and fit
• Enter measurements and job information into company software
• Maintain organized paperwork and service documentation
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory when needed
• Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners

What We’re Looking For Ideal Background:

• Experience installing:
  • Windows
  • Roofing
  • Siding
  • Gutters
  • Exterior home improvement products
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic technology and software
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Bonus If You Have:

• Service technician experience
• Finish carpentry experience
• Residential construction background
• Exterior remodeling experience
• Experience troubleshooting installation issues

Schedule

Full-Time
Monday-Friday Typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
