Job Description Job Description Job Summary
Environmental Research Group, LLC (ERG) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Biologist/Project Manager to join our Natural Resources Team! The Senior Biologist/Project Manager will develop and lead Natural Resources projects across the Nation. They will also support and lead field surveys including, but not limited to, habitat assessments and presence/absence surveys for listed species, wetland delineations, invasive species surveys, and biological compliance monitoring. Additionally, the Senior Biologist/Project Manager will spend approximately 60% of their time performing computer-based work to manage multiple ongoing projects, support development of proposals, survey reports, management plans, and other project deliverables.
Fieldwork tasks include physical exertion such as walking or climbing over wet, rough, uneven, and/or rocky surfaces; bending, crouching, stooping, or reaching to observe, collect and/or record field data. Some surveys require hiking several miles in a day, working in and around water, and accessing caves or other challenging topography.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000 per year and includes ERG’s full benefits package (health insurance with a generous employer subsidy, eleven paid holidays, paid time off, fitness stipend, a 401(k) plan with an employer contribution regardless of employee contribution, and more).
