Join Our Team as a Store Manager

We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail operations and create an exceptional in-store experience. In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily operations, team leadership, merchandising, and sales performance-ensuring the store runs efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the store, including:

• Leading and directing all daily retail operations within company guidelines
• Driving sales performance by setting goals, identifying opportunities, and coaching your team
• Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
• Hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team
• Managing scheduling, payroll, and staffing to optimize productivity
• Overseeing inventory accuracy, merchandising, and shrink control
• Ensuring store presentation and displays maximize sales potential
• Handling customer and employee concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Monitoring financial performance, including sales, expenses, and margins
• Preparing for promotions, advertising campaigns, and seasonal changes
• Maintaining store safety, security, and compliance with company policies
• Conducting team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training
• Acting as Key Holder, including opening/closing responsibilities and cash management

What You Bring

• 5-8 years of retail and management experience
• Proven success leading teams and achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and sales budgeting
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of hardware products and home improvement projects (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, climbing, and twisting
• Comfortable using POS systems, scanners, and computers
