Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Private Practice Therapist. The therapist will provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to clients’ needs. Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other professionals as necessary. The therapist will support clients in addressing mental health concerns and help them achieve therapeutic goals in adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills in various therapy methods, intake evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Experience with active listening, counseling, and creating a safe therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and case management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and build rapport with clients.
• License to practice counseling and/or therapy in Massachusetts (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Comfort and proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology are preferred.
• Prior experience in private practice or mental health care settings is beneficial.
