Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – School – (COTA – School)
StartDate: 9/2/2026 Available Shifts: 6.5 D Pay Rate: $1715.00 – $1767.00

This Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position is based in a welcoming school district in Granite Falls, Washington, a small, friendly community nestled in the scenic foothills of the Cascade Mountains. At the same time, the city is within driving distance of larger urban centers in the Puget Sound region, giving you access to cultural events, dining, shopping, and professional growth opportunities while living in a quieter, more relaxed environment.In this role, you will provide school-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, supporting students across elementary, middle, and/or high school settings. You will work closely with teachers, other related service providers, and families to help students access their curriculum, build independence in school routines, and participate fully in classroom and school activities.

Required Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, School

Completion of an associates degree or higher education
Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Washington
(Some States) Completion of the Substantial Equivalency Assessment (SEA)

Preferred Qualifications
Clear, articulate communication skills
Ability to explain results to a varied audience
Candidates with previous school experience a plus!
Completion of a criminal record and background check
