Compensation:

$22 – $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Transport construction materials safely and efficiently to designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with dispatch and site managers to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to uphold our commitment to safety and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations and address any delivery concerns.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance driving skills and stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operating tractor-trailers, with a clean driving record.
• Ability to conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicle safety.
• Proven track record of timely and efficient delivery of construction materials.
• Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations, with a commitment to compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with dispatch and site managers.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training to enhance driving skills and industry knowledge.
