JOB SUMMARY The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring customers receive the correct parts, in the correct quantity, and at the right time, all while adhering to safety standards. This position is essential for maintaining the physical plant and ensuring efficient operations. Key Responsibilities • Picking, packing, and preparing shipments of customer orders within the same day with a 98% accuracy rate. • Load and unload delivery trucks daily. • Utilize collaboration by sharing information and skills, assisting other team members, and adapting to support other departments with meeting the needs of the business. • Maintain a clean and safe work area. • Participate in all mandatory safety training as offered. Required Qualifications • Knowledge of typical leverage and maneuverability tools. • Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping procedures. • Ability to stand for more than half of a given shift or workday, in addition to walking/stooping/kneeling/climbing. • Ability to lift or maneuver 40 lbs and use tools and equipment for products that weigh up to 100 lbs. • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
